Refund policy

At AMF Designs, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made clothing tailored to your unique specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, please read our refund and return policy carefully.


Custom Orders Are Final Sale

All custom clothing items are made-to-order and non-refundable once the production process has started. This includes any garments that are personalized in size, style, fabric, color, or print.


Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours of order placement: You may cancel your order for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours: The order may already be in production and cannot be canceled or refunded.


Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing Defect: If your item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Incorrect Item: If you receive the wrong product or a mistake was made on our part (e.g., incorrect size, fabric, or design not matching your approved proof).

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Include photos and a detailed description of the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that were approved during a proofing process.

  • Garments damaged due to misuse, washing errors, or alterations made after delivery.

  • Items returned without prior approval.


Refund Process

If a refund is approved due to a valid issue:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • In some cases, we may offer a remake or store credit instead of a monetary refund.
